The Base Model That Sets the Standard
Yes, the 2024 Silverado WT is actually the base model which should give you some idea of just how incredible the 2024 model year is. While the TurboMax™ engine comes standard on the WT, LT Trail Boss, RST, LT, and Custom trims, there are two other V8s and a Duramax 3.0-liter TurboDiesel that are introduced in later trims.
All 2024 trims have the 1500's signature high-strength steel body-on-frame construction along with its iconic independent front and solid-axle rear suspension. The combination of the frame and construction design allows for high hauling and towing, while the incredible suspension provides drivers with the ultimate command.

1500 LT & LTZ Trims

With the 2024 Silverado 1500 LT trim, we see some significant changes in the interior and powertrain. Starting with the interior, the 2024 Silverado 1500 LT has a customizable/reconfigurable information panel and comes with a much larger 13.4-inch easy-touch HD digital entertainment/navigation system which replaces the Custom and WT's 7-inch versions.
EcoTec3 V8 Engine
However, it's the introduction of the EcoTec3 V8 that is guaranteed to excite. This larger engine sees the 1500 LT trim increase horsepower to 355 while seeing a slight reduction in torque at 383. However, the towing capacity increases to 11,500 pounds.

1500 LTZ
The 2024 Silverado LTZ trim retains the same 13.4-inch infotainment system while introducing a fancier leather seating interior. However, it's the introduction of a new engine that is most exhilarating.
With the LTZ trim, Dondelinger Chevrolet customers can opt for the 3-liter TurboDiesel Duramax® engine and 10-speed automatic transmission, which sees the LTZ attain 495 pound-feet of torque, 305 horsepower, and a maximum towing capacity of 13,300 pounds.

High Country, ZR2 & ZR2 Bison

The 2024 Silverado High Country introduces Dondelinger Chevrolet customers to the final engine: a 6.2-liter V8 becomes the most powerful of all available engines with its 460 pound-feet of torque, 420 horsepower, and the highest possible towing at 13,400 pounds.

ZR2 & ZR2 Bison - Off-Road Warriors
The ZR2 and ZR2 Bison are the off-road variants of the 2024 Silverado 1500. Both trims introduce Dynamic Suspensions Spool Valve (DSSV) Multimatic dampers to the suspension while allowing for multiple trailering options, different aluminum and composite skid plates, front vertical tow hooks, 18-inch AEV wheels, and modified bumpers.
